Skagway has so much to offer, and that's why we decided to name this handcrafted bolo-style leather bracelet Skagway. Two parallel leather lines mimic the steel parallel railroad lines of the White Pass and Yukon Route Railroad. The Skagway bracelet is even a loop, just like the rail line into Canada, that turns around and take you back into Alaska.

The Skagway bracelet story comes from my own experience riding the White Pass Rail. It was such an enjoyable and spectacularly beautiful ride through the mountains. However, somewhere between Skagway and Canada I realized my heart had stopped from the extremely sharp turns, extremely high bridges over very low gorges and passes that were not even wide enough to walk through. It seems I finally took a breath once we crossed into Canada. Then, once my heart started again, I realized there was the return trip back down! OY! I vividly remember this trip every time I wear my Skagway bracelet.
