My designs are anchored deep in ancestral respect for Haa Aani (Tlingit land) and ʻĀina (Hawaiian land). I believe that, as a designer who utilizes resources from the land water or air, we carry a profound kuleana (responsibility) to harvest respectfully and to honor what we use.

Welcome to my online store, where the Spirit of Alaska meets the Aloha of Hawaii! My name Leilani Knight, my Tlingit name is Kaawasht'ude, I am Kanaka Maoli adopted into the Tlingit Nation. My work embodies shared ancestral values of the Tlingit and Hawaiian. I harvest and design with deep respect from Haa Aaní (Tlingit Lands) and 'Āina (Hawaiian for the land that feeds us.) Each of my designs has a story. It is my prayer that you feel the connectedness, my aloha, and appreciation for Creator as you continue its story and journey.
