Ed Hansen of Juneau, Alaska knows how to use every inch of his LT15. By making small toys from native and from imported exotic woods, Ed has built a small business that supplies high quality items to a number of retail shops.
Alaska Wooden Toys LLC has been making novelty wooden toy handicrafts for about 15 years.  Close to 20 years after their son Jeremy was born these were the type of toys that lasted and stood the test of time. Their little wood shop in Alaska was just the place to build more.  These novelty toys are made out of a large variety of hardwoods and no two are exactly the same.  The colors in the toys are from the wood itself, finished with a non-toxic wood chopping block oil and faces are hand drawn with non-toxic markers.  Toys are now being grandchild tested.
Ed and Kathy Hansen have been working together since they were married. Alaska Wooden Toys is just one of the many ongoing life adventures that has kept them together for four decades.
